Dedicated HR Business Partner sustaining 700 employees across North America at numerous levels of the organization ranging from front-line employees to executive level members. I am passionate about process improvement, employee engagement, talent management, and amalgamating with “the business” to solve business challenges.
I have loved the field of Human Resources since my early college years. When I was admitted to Missouri State University, I had declared my major to be Computer Information Systems due to my love of technology; however I quickly realized that it was not the field for me. I realized that my strengths are demonstrated at higher levels when I am face to face with problem solving and able to act on strategic thinking vs analyzing thousands of lines of code.
Shortly after changing my major to Administrative Management, I crossed paths with my first HR management course, "Training & Development" and my love for this amazing field began. After graduating from college, I began my HR career in Training & Development working for an amazing organization, Harrah's Entertainment (now Caesar's Entertainment) in Council Bluffs, IA.
Since Harrah's I have had the pleasure of working with several large companies that have allowed me to demonstrate my passion for employee development.
