The skills that got you in your current job may not be the right skills to help you reach the next level.  Even when you’re a proven star performer where you are right now, it’s no guarantee your skill set will translate perfectly to your next big leap in responsibility.  This is where my proven ability to make a difference in employee's personal lives meet business needs. 
Having a coach can help employees develop the necessary skills to reach their potential and I want to help them reach their potential.  One of my career goals is to become a certified coach through the International Coaching Federation.  I am only 10 hours of accredited training away from being eligible to apply for ICF's Associate Certified Coach accreditation.
I have received professional coaching training and attained certifications from the Center for Creative Leadership (CCL®) and the Gallup organization.  Some of the courses I have attended are listed below.

I have successfully conducted over 120 coaching hours with members of management of all levels of an organization throughout North America.  I have conducted coaching sessions on topics such as:
