Even when you’re a proven star performer where you are right now, it’s no guarantee your skill set will translate perfectly to your next big leap in responsibility. This is where my proven ability to make a difference in employee's personal lives meet business needs.
Having a coach can help employees develop the necessary skills to reach their potential and I want to help them reach their potential. One of my career goals is to become a certified coach through the International Coaching Federation. I am only 10 hours of accredited training away from being eligible to apply for ICF's Associate Certified Coach accreditation.
