Business Problem: Company faced many challenges in the recruitment of qualified culinary staff for its buffets, restaurants, cafes, and steakhouses due to a competitive market and lack of brand awareness.
Solution: Project Chef. An innovative culinary competition between local culinary schools that led to a stronger on-campus employment brand and improving the quality of hires while reducing 90-day turnover.
Business Problem: Company was challenged in the recruitment of recent graduates for their Customer Support department (feeder group to other departments) due to the position title and a lack of brand awareness.
Solution: Created an infographic that showed attention-grabbing statistics that changed candidates' perspectives on the job title.
Business Problem #3: Company experienced difficulties recruiting high-caliber talent in the Accounting and Finance functions due to a strong recruitment presence from the Big 4 Accounting firms at top 10 business schools.
